Volunteer or barter your services and you can shop first at our Volunteer Presales. Shop before consignors and the public and get first pick from the best of the best! The more volunteers we have during breakdown, the easier it will be for me to have consignor checks ready at pick-up. See below for details.

WE NEED 4 STRONG MEN TO HELP MOVE HEAVY TABLES AND UNLOAD THE TRUCK ON TUESDAY AT 8:30AM.

12 Hour Volunteers - Shop FIRST at the presale on Thursday at 1:00 pm.
Requirements: Volunteer at least 4 hours. & choose a Barter Opp or volunteer 8 more
8 Hour Volunteers - Shop FIRST at the presale on Thursday at 2:30 pm.
Requirements: Volunteer 8 hours. OR choose a Barter Opp below
4 Hour Volunteers - Shop Early at the presale on Thursday at 4:00 pm.
Requirements: Volunteer 4 hours. OR choose a Barter Opp below

How to Sign up.

1. Click the link below. It will take you to online sign up. Select the appropriate link to signup.
   
2. Complete the online signup form. Make sure you check the volunteer box. Also check the Consignor box if you will be consigning and click submit.
   
3. After you click submit the confirmation webpage that appears will have a link in the first paragraph for you to use to select the shift that you want to work.
   
4. Select the shifts you want and ad it to your schedule. You can have your schedule emailed to you and it will tell you which pass you qualifiy for.

Bartering
In an effort to cut expenses, we are offering a way for volunteers to do or give something in return for shopping early. Here are some ideas we had, if you have another idea to earn a presale pass and help us save money please let us know.

• Arrange a Meet and Greet: ** NEW ** Set up a meeting with your MOP's group, women's ministry group, bible study group, book club, lamaze class, or any group of women that would love to hear about the wonderful benefits of JBF. We will do the presenting all you have to do is set up the time. (select)
• Prepare Meals & Snacks - Our volunteers work really hard to make this a success and they need something to keep them going. Meals & Snacks brought in are a tremendous help.

• Tables - We need 6ft or 8ft Tables. 1 table = 1hr

  • List 1 - Bring 2 rolls each - clear packing tape, duct tape, contractor stretch tape (not sticky), pack of ink pens - bring on Tuesday
  • List 2 - super large clear trash bags (33gal or bigger-contractor type) , 3 big permanent markers - Bring on Sunday
  • List 3 - Bring batteries - 12 AAA, 12 AA, 4-9V, 8 C, 4 D (can be the cheap dollar store kind) - bring on Tuesday
• Post JBF Sale Signs & posters- 4 signs=4hrs, signs must be returned at end of sale (select)
• Deliver Flyers to Daycares/MOPs/MDOs/churches- Daycares have been done for the ones marked out.

• Media Coverage: If you know someone in radio, TV, newspaper, magazines, etc....and can get us coverage, you will earn TWO shop-early spots. (Articles in the paper, Morning show, live interview at presale)
• Print Flyers-500 flyers = 4hrs (select)
• Provide Pipes & Drapes for event (select)
• Provide straight, rolling racks for drop-off & pick-up (single or double) - (select)

If you need to cancel your volunteer time for any reason, please try to find someone to take your place (they can shop the pre-sale in your place also). Call us immediately if you can't find a replacement so we can fill your spot.
