Things a Consignor needs to know:

A $7.50 consignor fee will be deducted from your check.

You must tag your own merchandise. Check out our "Tagging Made Easy" page for some great ideas.  It doesn't have to be all work, have fun with it. Have a JBF tagging party. It's amazing how fast you get it done when you're enjoying time with your friends. Have everyone bring their stuff to your house or meet at the church or something like that. (If you absolutely do not have time, ask about our VIP service - limited space available)

A good tip to make it go faster is to get all of your supplies together in a little tub or organized on a table before you start.

Get 3 friends to consign at this event and you will receive 75% on your sales!!!  Make sure they put your NAME in the referred by field when they register.

Item's must be clean and ready to sell.  Most clothing should be hung. See Merchandise Prep for details.

Drop-Off: See Calendar for times for each event.

  1. Please have your items sorted by gender and size. You will need to put your things away after they have been inspected for acceptance.
  2. Please allow approximately One hour for drop-off. In order to maintain the high standard of quality merchandise, all clothing items will be inspected.
Check out our Merchandise prep page for instructions.
  3. Consignors must put their items on the sales floor. Lots of people recruit husbands to help with this! (It helps to have the sizes presorted)
  4. Don't wait until the last minute to drop off. This time will be the busiest, lines will be longer.
  5. Please double check all tags for accuracy. We will not be responsible for mistagged or mispriced items or items without tags. These are your items and ultimately your money, please follow pricing guidelines to the tee!
  6. Sign a waiver and pick up your presale passes at the worker table .

Pick Up: See calendar for specific times for each event.

  1. Bring tubs and boxes with you to pickup.
  2. Check the lost and found table for items of yours that might have lost their tags or been separated for its set.
  3. All items will be sorted by consignor #, a volunteer will take you to your items.  Please do not just come in and grab-n-go.  We want this to be organized so that no one accidentally gets the wrong things.
  4. You will be taken to the check-out table and you will be done.
  5. IF YOU VOLUNTEER DURING BREAKDOWN YOU CAN TAKE YOUR ITEMS AS SOON AS WE ARE DONE.

PLEASE READ !!!! If you are unable to pick up your unsold items please make arrangements with someone to pick them up for you. Items not picked will be donated. The donation truck will be loaded at this time and no entrance will be given to anyone who is late. We must vacate the building at our scheduled time, and it is not possible for us to take items not picked up home with us. After the stated pick-up, it is out of our hands.
